By downloading, installing, or using the Call & Block application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Call & Block is a community-driven call identification and spam blocking application. The App allows users to look up phone numbers, read and submit community reports, and block unwanted calls using iOS CallKit framework.
Call & Block offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
Users may submit comments and reports about phone numbers. By submitting content, you grant Call & Block a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App and related services.

The information provided by the App, including community reports and spam ratings, is based on user-submitted data and may not always be accurate. Call & Block does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information displayed in the App.
All content, features, and functionality of the App (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Call & Block and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Call & Block shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App operator is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
